Our work over the years has shown us that there are no limits when there are people who believe in you and who support you.

By participating in this event, you will help us provide opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people to develop their strengths and realize their dreams.

Charity paddle raiser, Silent auction and Prize draw

A Paddle Raiser is a simple way to contribute money by “raising your paddle”. There is no need to buy anything but instead you will support our cause by donating the money needed to achieve our mission. You can donate funds to help us secure annual physiotherapy, purchase custom-made wheelchairs, organise a summer camp for children at risk or provide them with transport to school.

To take part in the Silent auction please check out the items here. We offer a beautiful selection of themed art photographs, ideal to decorate your office or home with. Each photo comes with a personal story from our work. The winners will be drawn during the event on September 29th and items will be delivered to the winners afterwards. The online auction will close at 8:10 pm (EEST) on September 29th.

To participate in the Prize Draw, browse the prizes we offer and purchase as many tickets as you’d like. The more tickets you buy, the better chance you have! The winners will be drawn and announced during the event.

This is an event which combines a small-scale (up to 60 people) in-person event with live streaming and an online donations platform

It chose us 🙂

Last year due to Covid-19 restrictions we weren’t allowed to have our traditional charity ball with a four course menu and over 200 guests. We came up with a hybrid alternative which allowed our supporters to donate to the cause yet have the option to do so from the safety of their homes.

This year we are continuing our explorations in the hybrid events realm partly for the same reasons as last year but also because we realized that an online event allows more people from different countries to join us and be part of our work.

Please be advised that places are limited!

To join us online first you need to register in our event donations platform and add your credit card details. Afterwards you can browse our prize draw and silent auction items and/or donate directly in the paddle raiser section. You can purchase prize draw tickets and silent auction items both prior to and on the night of the in-person event. You can make a direct donation prior to, on the night and a week after the in-person event has passed.
Paddle raiser is open now and ends October 8th.
Prize draw opens September 6th and closes at 8 PM on September 29th.
Silent auction opens September 13th and ends at 8 PM on September 29th.

To watch the live stream just follow the link. You do not need to have an active Facebook account to join us.

For a full experience we advise that you watch the live stream on your PC (or Mac :)) and use your smartphone to participate in the paddle raiser.

You do not need a camera in order to bid or watch the live stream. However if you would like to interact with our team, you can do so in the chat next to/underneath the live stream window. To do this you would need to have a Facebook profile.

All items won will be sent to you via courier service. A Cedar team member will contact you shortly after the in-person event to confirm delivery details.

You can request a donation contract for all donations made through the online platform. Contact our team ( to provide your personal details for the contract.
